Planning Meeting

The OKI Regional Conservation Council’s Planning Committee is a revolving collection of conservationists who contribute their time and talent to plan the RCC’s Annual Meeting.

Each January, the RCC Chair and OKI staff support set up a Planning Committee session to focus on Annual Meeting logistics, theme and educational presentations.  Through follow-up emails and phone calls, the Planning Committee needs only one meeting a year to agree upon and accomplish its assignments.  Planning Committee membership usually consists of RCC officers, several conservation district administrators or staff members, a few conservation district board members, and two staff members of the OKI Regional Council of Governments.  Teamwork is a Planning Committee essential.
